Privacy
Short version: we use your number only to answer your enquiry.
What we collect
When you ask us something, we store the phone number you type, your name if you give it, the project or search you asked about, the page you were on, the time, and the country your connection comes from. We do not store your IP address.
Why
So an authorised real estate agent can reply to you on WhatsApp (+971 58 210 7138) or call you back. A number you leave is kept even if you never press send in WhatsApp, so we can still reach you.
What we don't do
We don't sell or share your number, and we don't add you to broadcast lists. To have your details deleted, message us on WhatsApp or email hello@mysakan.ae.
Search
What you type into search is sent to Anthropic's Claude to understand it. Repeated searches are briefly cached so we can answer them faster. Saved homes stay in your own browser.
