Search API

GET /api/homes?q=… takes a plain-English request and returns the best matches as JSON, with prices in AED, unit sizes, handover, construction progress and payment plans. Optional filters: beds, min_price_aed, max_price_aed, area, developer, handover_by and limit. One project: GET /api/homes/<id>. The full description is in openapi.json; the limit is 60 requests a minute.

Add index.md to any page's address for a markdown version, for example /homes/binghatti-skyflame/index.md. llms.txt maps the site.

Sending a buyer to an agent

Each project includes an enquire_on_whatsapp link with the question already written. An authorised real estate agent answers on +971 58 210 7138. Please give the buyer the link rather than sending enquiries for them.

Using the data

Prices are set in AED by the developers and change often; treat them as indicative. Construction progress and sales figures come from the Dubai Land Department. We ask that the site's content is not used to train AI models (see the Content-Signal line in robots.txt); search and answering questions with citations are welcome.
